At Cabinet Genie, we believe the best things in life are built with intention, crafted by hand, guided by experience, and rooted in love.
Our journey started with Rob Meginley, a cabinetry expert with over 25 years of experience and a deep passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. From custom masterpieces to high-end pre-fab solutions, Rob has always done it with an eye for quality and the desire to raise the standard.
Over the years, he noticed the little things that made a big difference: design flaws, overlooked materials, or cookie-cutter approaches that didn’t reflect a customer’s true needs. So Rob decided to do something about it. That’s how Cabinet Genie was born, a company grounded in craftsmanship, innovation, and customer happiness.
But this isn’t just Rob’s journey, it’s a family one.
His wife and co-founder, Juliana, an immigrant from Venezuela, brings her talent and warmth to the business. With a background in finance and a shared passion for cabinetry, Juliana handles the business operations, ensuring things run smoothly while Rob leads on design and build. The two met in the industry, fell in love, and have grown together ever since.
Their dream? To create a sustainable, family-led business where quality never takes a backseat and customers feel seen and supported every step of the way.
Today, Rob and Juliana are raising their two children, Luke and Sophia, who are already part of the story, often visiting the shop, learning the ropes, and reminding their parents what this dream is really about.
